THE DAILY MOJO by Adam Daniel

Hey there. I’ve been a little lax on the blogging lately, mostly due to procrastination and the irresistible pull of HBO’s The Wire, which I splurged on by buying all five seasons online. I have been ploughing through the eps and have nothing but superlatives to write about it – it’s quite simply one of the top 5 TV series ever made, and I still have the fifth and final season to watch. I’m sure I will be writing more about it down the track. If you like densely plotted, perfectly cast, intelligently written crime dramas, you need to check out The Wire ASAP. So I will probably be writing less frequently for at least one more week…. (Arrrghh, the quandary of pleasure delay…. I’m sure I will be frustrated when I get to the end of it, but I can’t ignore the compulsion to keep watching).

Got to write up a great first trip to The Vanguard on Wednesday night, plus my brother Andy and I are seeing Regurgitator at the Annandale tonight. Should be GTs all round. More to come tomorrow.
