Ooooh yeah, I’m excited. The NBA’s 09-10 Season kicks off today with a doubleheader on the coolest thing to happen to Australian TV in the 00′s, ONE HD.

This looks like one of those seasons where the top 5 teams (in my opinion, the Lakers, Celtics, Magic, Spurs, and Cavs) are clearly a level above the other contenders. I’m picking each of those teams to win their divisions, and the still-missing-a-piece Blazers to take the Northwest.

For MVP, I’m going out on an a limb and choosing Kevin Durant after he leads the Thunder to their first winning season (hey, it’s less boring than the unanimous Lebron pick).

In what’s become a yearly tradition, I’m going head to head against my buddy Nuf at picking the Over/Under Season Wins of each team. Nuf won last year’s debut, but I will be looking for revenge this season.
